Would you rather be playing a game when someone else won the jackpot -

or maybe you'd want to not see it happen and just find out about it later? I have been playing First Class Solitaire at pogo.com a lot lately, for a couple reasons. #1 - the jackpot was maxed out - $4,999 #2 - I love that game #3 - I am only 4 ranks or so away from having done all the ranks Well, yesterday I noticed that the jackpot was down to $11, which means someone won it. I was heart broken and now don't want to play it as much any more. I still want to finish my ranks, but there are quite a few other games at the max that I enjoy playing so I'm playing those now. When you see the jackpot is high, do you play the game more than normal? Would you like to see the jackpot be won while you were playing or would you rather not know - if you are not the one winning, that is! I think I'd like to see someone winning it, preferably me, but it would still be cool to see it happen!

I probally would because ive never won anything anyway on pogo. So it dosnt bother me I would be happy to win any cash amount higher then $10. But I think pogo is a scam I dont know anyone who has actually won a lot of money on pogo. But its still a fun site and thats my life goal to win some big money which ill probally never do.

I don't know anyone that's won big money, but do know someone here on myLot that has won a few hundred. I always keep out hope that I'll win though! Even a mug or t-shirt would be cool!

After I'm done with the challenges this week I'll probably go play First Class Solitaire a bit more to get my ranking. I'm almost done with the ranks in that one, but it sure woulda been nice to get that jackpot while I was working on the ranks! Of course, I'd take it now too.

I am not that bothered about how high the jackpot is because I know I only have a small chance of winning and the higer the jackpot the smaller my chance since more people will be playing, whereas with a small jackpot I have a higher chance of winning, since people like you stop playing. $11 is better than nothing.

I'll go back to it pretty soon, I'm just a bit disheartened that the jackpot was won. I really do want to finish my ranking on that game anyways!

I play more if the jackpot is high and it's a free to play site else NOPE I rather play versus real people than a program designed to make me lose my money :)

You can play for free at pogo.com or buy the club version for something like $39/year unlimited games. I subscribe because I like all the games, but it would be nice to win a jackpot.

Hey reiny, you're a better woman that I! No way! I'm a sore loserI would not rather see someone win while I there especially if I was like you so close to winning myself! I would be pissed! Maybe it's because I really need the money so badly myself. I hate myself for feeling this way, but I can't help it. It really is a money thing and I'm not proud of it, but at least I'm honest!

Hey, don't feel bad, I'd rather it was me too! But when I saw that it was gone and it wasn't me that won it I was a bit let down. My chances were gone. I figure if I was at least there when it happened I could get a bit of excitement out of it :)

Yes, I do normally play the games that have the highest jackpots. I have never been in a room when it was won though. I would like that to happen, hopefully to me someday. I also get heartbroken when the jackpot gets won.

I kinda felt like it was a personal assault that the jackpot was won. It was like I had so much time invested in it and I missed the jackpot!

I used to play a game more if the jackpot was really high. And I did the same thing, if someone won it then I lost interest for awhile. I think I just got to the point where I didn't really think I had a chance to win it so I just play whatever I'm in the mood to play. I sunk all my tokens into a prize drawing recently. I had over 40,000 tickets for the drawing and still didn't win. oh well.

I just spent a few hundred thousand tokens on drawings too - didn't win a dime... There are people who've said they've won, just a few hundred, but I'd take it! Why can't it be us one time? There are a lot of $4,999 games right now that I like so there's plenty to pick from for me. I'll get back to the First Class Solitaire soon, I'm sure!

I don't normally even pay attention to the jackpot amount until after I have been in playing the game and then I don't always see it or pay attention to it. Now if I am bored and not working on any ranks or badges I have played some top jp games. I would love to see someone in the room where I am playing win and stick around to find out if it is a real person or not. Sometimes I question if it is real people who win the big ones. A few times I will put the name in my friends list and keep checking and sometimes a person might always be in a room that is full for days on end and even another one suddenly was no longer a member of the site. hmmmmmm lol

Wow, that's pretty strange.... I might have to help you keep an eye on that. That would really bite if they were fake winners! But we really have no way of knowing...

I've never been in a game room that someone has won the jackpot. And I don't personally know of anyone that has either. Yes, we always want it to be ourselves that win the jackpot. But I would like to be in a game room and witness it happen that would be cool too. Lately I've been addicted to the new scrabble game, I'm already at rank 29 there. I love word games and scrabble is my favorite.

I know someone on my friends list one a few hundred, but I can't remember who it was. I really don't want to start playing scrabble yet, I know I'd never be able to stop!

I'll admit that lately a high jackpot has been factoring into my picks for personal challenges. It also depends on my mood and the other challenges. If they were easy, I might pick a hard one to get it out of the way. But if it takes me longer than usual to finish the other challenges, I'll just find one of the easiest ones and go with a game that has a high jackpot. There have been times when the jackpot have been high or even maxed out and I'll play it for awhile. Then just as soon as I leave the game, someone wins it. Someone once won the jackpot while I was playing but I don't know if they were in the same room or not. I did have someone in my room once who had just won a jackpot and people were asking her all kinds of questions about it. It would be nice if that person was me some day!

Yeah, that would be nice one day!! You'll have to let us know when it happens! I try to pick my personal challenge for something that has a high or maxed out jackpot. I figure I've got to play something, I might as well try to win!!!

Too bad someone else won it :) But maybe if you practice some more, next time the jackpot is so high you will be more lucky :) Have a good day..
