How would you go to get a promotion?

Many of us are complaining about exploitation at work. The lower in position we are the more work we have. Do we have the right to complain? Do you think it is unjust?

i think that it depends on the actual purpose of each position in your company. once you are able to properly analyze that without any bias, then you will probably find the answer you seek
