When someone lost his confidence,i think he/she need lots of encouragements form his/her friends, but there is a problem, when encouraging someone, they may understand what we said and know what i want to say,and is the encouragement helpful?Maybe it is only way that they can get confidence by himself,do you think like this? When you encourage someone what will you say and do?Please share

Well, i try my best to encourage someone but in a nice way not to say something that hurt the person.Sometimes they might misunderstood what you say but at least we tried and we are just showing our concern.Mostly they would realize our good intensions at the end.Actually, the best person that can help us is ourselves.

Sometimes talk is not the best way to get someone going again. It may seem patronizing. Try getting them doing something at which they are sure to succeed. Do it together and do not compete with them. Ask them often if you yourself are doing it right. Give them the helm. Once they have tasted success again then they will not be so timid to try something on their own and the self confidence will return on its own. Shalom~Adoniah
