Someone insulted me.......help me repay the favor to them

Yesterday i joined a site. They sent me this refusal email:
Hi myname,
The website you have submitted cannot be approved as it is not a top-level domain (ex: www.yoursite.com) to which you have administrative rights. Do you have such a site we could work with? Please let me know.
Thank you,
I gave this address(mine) searchmanager.page.tl
Then sent them replying another of my blog which is greednlust.blogspot.com then they also refused me saying this:
Unfortunately we ca only work with publishers who own their top level domain.ie page.tl this also applies to blogspot pages. If you own a top level domain please send it on ad I can review it.
I don't understand what they mean by top level domain. I have gone through wikipedia but was unable to underestand the concept.
From the message you can understand how professional he was. I want to replay him.
So please help me answer him

That one is abit complicated! it sounds like someone somewhere is trying to scam you by trying to get as much information from you as possible. I think the only wise thing you can do is not to reply them and instead spam/block their mails. I really dont know anything else you can do or how to reply them.

Hello darksorrow,
I am very sorry as I don't really understand what it's all about. I am not really familiar with all this and also don't know what a top level domain means here. I hope any other mylotters will give you a better explanation. But are you trying to tell me that you are going to 'take revenge' just because you think that they insulted you? I am sorry if I got it wrong...but if I am right, I don't think it is a wise thing to do, dear friend!

Actually i can not tolerate that kind of things. It gets me mad. I have a ego problem. So whenever someone throws something offensive at me i try to take him on the ground. I am good to those who is good to me.
But actually they did not insulted me. Some people described me this in this discussion that my website does not meet their requirement. So it was rejected.
Now i am not mad at them anymore. Because i know it was not their fault.

I am glad that it's over. I understand how you felt. My husband has the same ego sometimes *smiles* I think most men are like that. But to do the same to others for what they had done to you, is not a proper way to solve the problem. Yesterday, my husband was telling me that he really wanted to punch that restaurant owner for making him waiting for many hours. He wasted so much time and at the end, he couldn't even have a proper talk with the client. I told him it was not a proper way to settle the problem and as you know, we argued and then only realized that we both made mistakes...*smiles*

It appears that if you owned blogspot, you could join this site. But as one who merely has a blogspot page/pages, you're not the owner and cannot join. Looks like they're looking for people who own their own web sites, not those who are members of web sites.

I own a website which is searchmanager.page.tl at first they rejected this site & then they rejected my blog.
Do you think it is the right thing they are doing? When someone shows interest on them they just refuse. They are the first one who rejected me. My site got accepted by other reputed companies.
I think they are flying too high.
