I m a Catholic by birth .... I still follow Catholic worship .. but i m strongly inclined towards the meditations and spiritual teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar .. www.artofliving.org ... his teachings have been a whiff of fresh air without interfering with my catholic religious beliefs.. I am not into what I call man made religions but I do believe there is something, something that we will find out about when our time comes, I believe more in the inner self and I really think the inner voice is more to do with someone or something prompting us or looking after us...you know that little voice that tells you no or that something is not right...I guess we will all find out one day...
