Why do you workout?

Everyone has their own reasons why they workout. I workout to stay in shape and be healthy. Some people workout to impress others with their muscles (show off), become as strong as they can be, relieve stress, because your wife/husband or girlfriend/boyfriend makes you. Why do you workout?

well,exercise is a great way to relieve stress and also get healthy. In todays times we dont get much time for ourselves and hence gym seems to be the only quickest and fastest way to work out. Though walking and swimming also help you stay fit and in shape. And yes,also wana get some muscle strength..though not to show off!:P

I workout because it gives me a purpose in life. The dedication needed in working out has helped me in other aspects of life to make myself an interesting person which I can honestly say I wasn't before I started working out. So I guess it's stress in a way, stressed out about being good at nothing before.
