As much as possible I don't want to watch news in the television. Especially when they're reporting regarding the current economy situation in the Philippines. Coz I'm still hopeful that Philippines will overcome all trials. How I wish that most Filipinos will realize that change must happen within.

there will always be hope and we must not lose all faith because it won't help the country's situation. we filipinos must understand that it's not only the government that needs change, we need to change within ourselves as well. i just wish people would realize that they can't blame everything on the president because there are certain things that are beyond her control. the country was already in a dump when she assumed the presidency and people can't expect her to solve all the problems that have accumulated through the years. in my opinion, the philippines is a very divided nation. politicians criticizing and destroying each other left and right, activists conducting rallies everywhere...it really doesn't help. what the philippines needs most is unity, cooperation, respect, and a heartfelt love for this beautiful country.

Yes, there's still hope for the Philippines. We only need a good and strong leadership not a corrupt leader. What happen to our country is very discouraging. I wish we will do something about it. Let's stand hand in hand to make Philippines a better place to live in.
