I am sorry to hear that Cholesterol runs in your family, but I am glad to hear that you eat Cheerios to help it,I myself have never really liked Cheerios because they do not taste that good to me,so instead I try to eat a big bowl of Frosted Flakes for breakfast because it has a bunch of good things in it,at least thats what the box says, even though I know we can not trust everything we read.

It would be very interesting to find out that the companies are lying about what is in the boxes, and I am glad that you like Frosted Flakes, and I think I might try sugar on Cheerios one day,to see if it makes them taste any better, have a great day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting my friend.

I thought I would get tired of them, too, but I don't. Has he seen a change in cholestrol level?

I don't eat cheerios every day, but I do have it sometimes. I didn't know that they helped reduce cholesterol; that's really good news!
My daughter who's two and a half does have a bowl of cheerios most mornings. We've just started to buy them for her and she seems to like them a lot (and can get through quite a big bowl!) We get the wholegrain one, so hopefully it's giving her some health benefits.

Yes, excellent benefits for all ages. My kids love them, too.
