It is really hard to say because when I eat, it is like a
natural thing that I chew and swallow and didn't notice how
much time I allow for both. And also, it would depend on the
kind of food and the mood, either I am in a hurry or not.
But normally, I would say that I chew more. I want to chew more
because food will be digested easier that way.
Have a nice day!

I chew first the food before swalling. Except when i am too n\hungry, I tend to swallow it after few times of chewing. It is bad I know but i could not help it.

Hello, mchavez! I am a rice eater and a vegetarian.such type of foods need less chewing as cooked tender.so 50% chewing would be sufficient for me.however I take about half an hour to finish my lunch or dinner.thanx.

I think it's 50% chewing then swallowing. I eat rather fast. I don't spend too much time at the dinner table. I guess, eating is more of a necessity rather than a leisure, unless I'm eating at a restaurant. I'd take more time.

I think I chew 80% of what I eat then swallow it. I dont like to chew it up to 90% or even 100%. I get used to eating in such way. And I also eat and swallow if I can swallow it now.
