I can't upload my picture on my primary photo?

It was my first time to joined here mylot.com. Way back 2 days ago, I study everything about this exciting site. But I dont even know how to upload image on my primary photo. I searched everything in FAQs but, I cant find it. HUhuhuhuhuhuhuhu.. Help me guys.
