Is Hydrogen Peroxide safe for bleaching?

i dont like waxing my upper lip. i tried before and it's painful but i hate having fuzzy upper lip. makes me feel like a man... hahahaha... so is it safe? or do you have any suggestion? 'coz electrolysis is still expensive...wah!!!

I really don't think hydrogen peroxide is safe for bleaching. You might even end up with yellow-colored whiskers. Lol. You've tried waxing your upper lip? Hmmm.. you know what? The first time I ever waxed any part of my body was my upper lip. Surprisingly, it didn't hurt. The one who waxed it is a colleague of mine who has been doing the waxing thing for a while. Maybe you should go to someone who is really good at it. She said that there's an "art" to waxing and if you didn't know how to do it properly, it would definitely hurt.
