Argue for your weaknesses

Many people spend a great deal of their time arguing for their own weaknesses. They will say things like: "I can't do that," "I can't help it, I've always been that way." They say these and a hundred other negative, self defeating statements. Our minds are powerful instruments and we can talk ourselves into being exactly what we say. If we start telling ourselves that we can and not we can't. We will find that our actions will match up to what we say. It's just a thought.
