How does mylot work?

They've got such a werid crediting system, I posted one image, I got 0.8 cents. I posted more then 10 and I only got 0.11 .
I just dont understand how its working out, can somebody please explain it.

the pictures need to be relevant to the discussion, read the guidlines and they explain it (well mostly lol)
