my lot has to improve or not ?

dont you think my lot can improve a lot in navigation menu,buttons ,looks...being a newby i find it much difficult to manage while navigating..i stumble.here and there..theres no xplanation either..theres are so many texts and advertisements scattered... tell your ideas where they should improve in looks and feels..in any aspects..your suggestions, if you own this site..let them hear it and improve..
