How or when a cellphone become a disadvantage?

cell phones as they have many advantages ..they bring thousands of disadvantages also wid them...........students r nowerdays jus concentrating n who has d best gadgets..and the most popular one is CELL PHONE ...........a means of distraction to students ...90%of them r busy on derephones nd they ont know how dangerous it is???????? the radiations which r comin out of the phones r affecting people badbly so dump them

Hi there jaghead1179 I think it is a disadvantage to have a cellphone when they go off in the movie theatre, there is nothing worse than someone forgetting to turn it off!!
