How do you make fried chicken fingers or chicken nuggets?

My daughter's current obsession is fried chicken fingers. So when she wants some, we have to head down to the store and pay $5.00 for a bag. Honestly, that's a bit much in my book for a craving. And, she's the only person that eats them. So I'd like to make the chicken nuggets/chicken fingers at the house, if possible. She prefers the kind with lots of breading on the outside. Do you have a recipe for chicken fingers that kids might like? Would appreciate suggestions. Thanks!

What I do is buy some boneless chicken and cut it up into bite size peices and dip them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry them up. Doesn't take too long to cook and even though they are not exactly nuggets, they are similar LOL

how about buy chicken part that is really meaty. then let it boil by using salt on it. then if its soft already take it out of the water. separate the meat to the bone. mix it with egg, salt, powdered pepper and flour and then scoop it and shape it like burger and cook it in cooking oil. it must be cook in dip fying. i hope youll like it. enjoy!
