Would You Rather Live in A Classic Wooden House or A Modern Concrete One?

one time, i happened to watch the best houses all across America. either wooden or concrete, antique or modern, each has special features on why they were considered the best cribs. which do you prefer between the two?

I like modern concrete house with wooden design in side it. I like both of them but the most like to be modern so i like to be in concrete. with the wooden design both the dreams will come to for me.
