Ice Hockey In The UK

i live in N ireland where there are "the Belfast Giants" and only one venue where the games are played.... to get tickets to a game is impossible they are booked up 6 months in advance! so i gave up even trying! but i think if it became more accessable here then it would really be huge! but the funding doesn't appear to be there as more venues would have to be built... it is a very popular sport/ family activity over here! that could be due to the novelty of it as it's a pretty new sport and it appeals to everyone!
