What do yo prefer to deal with seafood (RICE OR PASTA)...?

hello dear shamasshemnice! i like my pasta with so much seafoods. i happened to like marinara pasta, seafood carbonara from italian restaurants i used to oftenly visit. i am an asian and rice is always a part of our everyday menu but i prefer pasta to deal with seafoods since i am on a weight watch (trimming down some weight, LOL) this passed few months. my carb intake is really being monitored so i resort to vegie-made pasta intead of flour. thanks for posting! have a nice day!
