Can you create two accounts with PayPal???

Sorry if this been asked before but could I? I mean is that against thier rules? I have a bit going on in business here and there so I plan to have two account - one outgoing and one for incoming funds. Please don't ask mw to elaborate, I have my reasons. Can I also use thesame bank account for both? Thanks for the help.

You can have as much accounts as you want. That's the great thing about Paypal, always finding ways to make life easier for their users. Just make sure you do not use the same Credit/Debit card on each account or it will not work.
It's not against their rules as long as your doing anything illegal on the internet with Paypal or you will be against their terms & regulations.
