Do you have time to work out or exercise?

Medical people says that exercise would keep you away from many diseases. Working out at least 3 times a week is good for the health, they say. Do you have time to have exercise or have a work out? Me? I jog about 15 to 30 minutes every morning and make a couple of stretching and bending.

Finding time to exercise is a matter of concern for those who do not plan their day. People who plan the day are very comfortable to allocate some time to exercising as they well ahead what they are going to do that day and how time they have to do that. They can easily allocate 10-15 minutes each day for working out.

I always say I will start my exercise tomorrow. The next day, I will say it again tomorrow, because I have other more important work to do. I hope this tomorrow will come with a lot of initiative. But I do a lot of stretching when I am in my bed.

Hi there, Well yes i actually exersixe almost 5 times a week. Health is wealth and i like being healthy. Its a good habiit and i like working out. Its never been like a burden or a must do thing for me, as it comes natural to me. Cheers, Tutul

I will find time to work out because I really need to. Maybe next week I could start working out with my husband. I have been to aerobics and taeboo before, but because of work I stopped. I hope I could be back to work out again. Good evening.

I seldom exercise because I'm too busy with my office works. However due to the high blood pressure that I'm suffering now, I was forced to do exercise everyday. Normally I just wrapped myself with the thick raining coat so that my fat will burn faster and started to jog about 30-40 minutes in my room. As a conclusion it's depends on yourself whether to say you have time to exercise or not..

Well for hypertension or BP, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle hypertension.
