I've experiencing it also whenever i forgot to drink coffee in the morning. my friends told me that because our system use to have more caffeine. so when the time that we try to give up drinking even for a while it triggers headaches or migraines. in short our body is getting addictive to caffeine.

HI there! If you are a regular coffee-drinker well, you are experiencing a caffeine withdrawal syndrome if you miss a cup in a day and you're experiencing a headache. I am also experiencing the same if I miss mine. If whether it's a migraine or not, it depends on the severity of the pain because migraine headache is just the worst headache I have ever experienced! Anyway, it's some kind of genetic in my case so I am just getting used to it. So never miss a cup of coffee for you to miss that headache.

Well if you develop s headache if you miss your regular cup of coffee means your definitely has developed habituation. Coffee contains large amounts of caffiene which is an ingredient in medications used to abort acute migraine attacks. Well if you have unilateral headache, it could be possible a migranous headache. Do you have any other triggers like inadequate sleep, stress, travel, exposure to brighlight, certain food stuffs. Write in detail about the character of your headache so that one can help in categorizing it. Take care write back.
