As long as there are migratory birds moving inter-continentally, we shall always have the risk of birds which been infected carrying the virus to any part of the world. So chance00, the US is not completely safe, but for now, relax!

I don't think so, It's not yet in the Philippines. Just be vigilants on cargoes from bird flu infected countries. We do have many migratory birds here from other countries but they don't spread bird flu. Maybe if they have flu, they can't fly to other countries.

Don't worry scientist have come up with a vaccine against bird flu & US government already given order millions of vials. Best wishes
