yo redz! i have read somewhere that banana is the equivalent of apple here in our country. and since an apple a day keeps the doctor away, it goes the same for banana. good thing i like banana. i almost always have it as dessert everyday. i read that its good for the heart and the skin. with all the advantages you listed, i feel more encouraged now to eat bananas daily. i hope i won't turn into a monkey.

ehehhe. lol. ^_^ dont worry. it wont turn you into a monkey unless the banana is dipped in a radio active factory. LOL! its very fine to eat fruits rather than eating unhealthy or junk foods. in this way you can prevent from different diseases. because prevention is better than cure!

So the apple has a competitor now does it? lol. I never realized all of this about bananas that's for sure. And after this post I think that you can probably officially refer to yourself as the leading banana expert on myLot!
