A blood donor is properly screened to determine whether he/she qualifies to donate blood. If he passes all the laboratory screening tests (i.e. for HIV, Hepatitis, hemoglobin, hematocrit, etc.) He then could donate blood. There is one big advantage of blood donation; your old red blood cells are changed to new ones, so your body is rejuvenated because "younger" cells generated in the bone marrow, lymphoid organs and other blood cell producing orhan. What is your take on this? Your reactions are greatly appreciated.

I think this is the most noble task you can do without costing you a single cent. I support it and I respond to any calls for donating blood. I've also heard that it is beneficial to health - I do not really care much about that. If it does good to me, it is well and good; anyway, I find no problem in donating blood.
