Its really hard for me to sleep. I even like exhaust myself to that when i go to bed, ill get knock out easily. But even if im really tired i still get easily awakened by movements around me. Thats why its also hard for me to get up in the morning and always get late for work. Are you guys having that trouble too? What do you do except for taking meds or drinking yoursel to sleep?

Stress sometimes is a factor in insomnia. try to unwind somehow, relax before going to sleep, unburden yourself of worrisome thoughts that entered your mind that day. the key to a peaceful sleep is a worry-free attitude. yes, everyday problems and pressures are inevitable, but if you have complete control over your mind, you can achieve that kind of sleep that has evaded you for so long. by the way, when i can't sleep, i drink hot milk. it'll help :)
