what is your blood group?

Hey, for me my blood type is A positive, the thickest blood of all. Since I am blood type A I do not eat meat, so because of that I won't really have the heart problems that can be associated with that blood. If you are blood type O, your blood is the thinnest, therefore you should eat a lot of meat and proteins, making you have great health. Try to research your blood type foods, and by doing that you can have the most amazing health for your body. By eating by my blood type, I have lost 20 pounds of weight, and I am in the best shape ever, without even trying to lose weight. I honestly don't know! I only know that it isn't a rare one, just a bog standard common one. I guess i should probably find out what it is, but i don't know how i'd go about doing that. Oh well.

Hey! My bloood group is O positive as well! I like having this blood type because I am able to donate blood to a variety of other people with different blood types. With the O positive I am able to give to people O positive, A postive, B postive and AB positive! This is a big treat. I can also receive from peoople with O positive and negative which I also count as a blessing!

This is a good question, but I don't know what blood I am. One should know in case of an emgergency. We should have all this written doen somewhere. I know that my doctor has that information. I was asked this question before and I just don't know the answer. have a great day.

oh, mine is 0+ also. this is the most common group of all. if i need a transfusion, it will not be difficult to obtain. have you ever had a transfusion? perhaps you were donating blood ? alot of people go through life without ever knowing the group.
