I believe its the quality service you're giving your customers. its about getting them satisfied with every queries they have, and exceeding their expectations. you should know your customers well and understand their needs. you always have to be courteous, personable, friendly, patient and able to establish rapport. Customers need an ally. they don't want to feel like it's them against you. You have to know your customer well, you have to know the important things in their lives. just by being thoughtful and intersted in your customers life will keep them loyal.
