What can i put in my mash potatoes to go with sausage casserole?

What would be nice in the mash? I was thinking milk butter and cheese but would cheese go well with sausage casserole? I have about 6 minutes left before the potatoes are done. Thanks for reading Rob:)

Hi have you ever eaten mashed potato made like this; i boil them in water, little salt added, peel off the skin, mesh and add pure ghee made from cow milk, to this i add cut onions, cut green chilly and green peas..

Hi Robert, I would chop up some onion with the cheese and mash together to give a really yummy taste to the potatoes and enhance the flavours that are in the casserole. Huggles. Ellie :D
