1 cent per click, payout at only 20 cents

i got a two sites, they both pay 1 cent per click ... one has 7 links and the other has 12 of them ... just check them and click them ... both have the minimum payout of 20 cents, yes thats right, only 20 cents

How do they pay? if they pay by paypal does paypal charge a fee on this payment. if so 20 cents wouldn't be enough to cover the payout. I wonder why it is so low? Obviously to draw more people in. However, if they have to run a "deal" like this it makes me wonder how trustworthy they will be. Good luck on those.

they accept only AlertPay ... but one has even option to chouse PayPal, but i have picked AP

i does not have any proof becouse i just joined few minutes ago but there are some proofs on the site ... but friend, i think if you cant give it a try for few days in order to reach the minimum then i dont know what is the point ... cheers
