I just had a scare and then a good laugh. My daughters cat had kittens and they are all walking and everything now. My son and I went to my moms for a while and when we got back we could only find 2 of the 3 babies. We looked all over for little Cobra and couldn't find her. I mean, we looked under the beds, couch, chairs and everywhere you could think of. I went to throw a wrapper away and there she was, sleeping in the GARBAGE CAN of all places!! LOL We both laughed so hard cause she looked so cute in there curled up in the garbage. Needless to say, she needs a bath!

oh yes... familiar indeed. I have no idea where my cats are half of the time and I life in a small apartment!! you't think there is nowhere to hide, but there must be. Since they have the bad habit of sneaking into cupboards when they happen to be open, I always check if I see both of them before I leave the house for a longer period of time (off to work or even away for the weekend). Minu comes when you call his name, but Jona doesnt. I found a trick to this though... If i rattle the box with catcandies, they will both come running to me. problem solved! of course you have to then give them candies or they will stop coming.

Our little ones don't get the concept of candies yet lol. My momma cat loves the Pounce treats and they are good for them too so I don't mind giving her one or two once a day. :D

Yes they can give you a good scare. Our cats disapear in the house and you cant find them. They are my daughters cats and last week she atayed at my dads for the night. I couldnt find her Polly Anna anywhere, I called and called. I went outside in case she snuck out. (They are indoor cats and polly Anna is always trying to get out.) I searched outside everywhere, calling her. I had to be ouside at least for half an hour. I went back inside and there she was sitting there. It is such relief when you see them.

I know how that is! They are my daughters kittens and she is 12 and at her dad's until tomorrow and I really didn't want her upset as they are only 6 weeks old. Thanks for sharing :)
