Does anyone know where I can locate a job as an Online Chat Monitor?

I am always online. I have a part time job from home already and it's done online. I would really enjoy being an online chat monitor and with my back ground believe it would be an excellent job for me. I just can't seem to locate one that pays. Any ideas?

sorry for sounding like an idiot here, but dont know about all the online stuff there is and am curious as to what a chat monitor is or does. Could you please tell this online illetirate what that is all about? thank you.
