Dose anyone know how to back up a message board

Okay, I don't mean a sql backup, I know how to do that. The issue is that my friend and I RP on this board, and it's just becoming more and more unstable. It gose down for an hour or two at least once a week. We want to change boards, but we don't know how to backup everything without using a sql backup, which would back everything up, but also make it impossible to read on a new board. I'm trying to see if I can find a spider that will convert it to a text or word document, but I can't find anything. I would hate to have to cut and paste everything into documents, because that will take me days, if not weeks to do.
