now ,i am a manager ,but my spoken english is not very good ,so i want to improve my oral english ,but the problem is i don't how to do that ,it is really headache.who can help ,tell me the method?

You're not an American?Then where are you from? I'm not an American too and I'm a Chinese student.I join Mylot to improve my English and make some new friends maybe. How to improve oral English? Come here when you're free,talk with native Elish-speaking people here. I think it's a nice way to improve your English,anyway,they speak real English,right?
