please help?

I am 15 and I was wondering if it is ok to flirt with someone that is almost 12? All my friends thinks that its nasty that i like someone of his age, but there seems like theres nothing that i can do about liking him. Does anyone have advice

Depending on what state you live in, you might actually be breaking the law if you do this. In my state, when he's 13 and you're 16 it would be okay, but now it's not.
