I usually carry 2-4 bottles of water of 1000ml. When climbing a hill, I will be thirsty all the time, but I will not carry too much water. It is quite heavy and will consume my energy. I ever carried 4 bottles of water when I climb a mountain of 2300 meter's high. If it is no more than 1000m, I belive 2 is enough. How many water will you carry when you climb a hill?

When climbing a hill I take around 3 bottles of 500ml if the weather is cool. If the weather is hot I take about 3 bottles of 1000ml. If I am climbing a mountain I take more water than I am likely to take about 6 bottles of 500ml. I really love walking, seeing scenic views and picturesque landscapes.

i dont drink water as much as i do gatorade or MVp anything along those lines like the energy drink type of thing they rehydrate better than water and gives you back the key nutrients that you lose when you sweat

In fact ,i don't know how to answer this question.Because i have no answer. Climbing hill is a things far away for me.When i'm young ,my parents took me to climbing in summer holiday, and they will carry some water .I don't know how many bottles. Now when i grow up,there are so many homework to learn and there is no time to climb hills. It's a pity.

Well,i havent the hobby of climbing hills...but as for i think, when ur thirsty,u need water far earlier..and when u drink water,i think u should also take some salt into the water.its the most natural way.
