How many hours do you spend sitting in front of computers????? / myLot

I am just curious...........for me its just four to five hours almost regularly....Is it good to spend such a long time??????

8 plus hours per day for work and usually at least another hour for personal. Probably it isn't good although there are lots of interesting things to do online!

I am on the computer and the internet too many hours to count. in other words it is a lot.

I usually spend around 4 hours a day in the computer. but if I dont have any work then i usually spent the whole day with it.
