How many glasses of water do you drink in a day?

I am addicted to coke... Recently, I am having difficulties in urinating. The Doctor said, I should refrain from taking too much coke... Because I do love myself, I am now trying to take eight glasses of water or more... How 'bout you? How many glasses of water can you drink in a day?

i try to drink more than eight glasses of water a day and i avoid drinking coke or any drink of that kind.

Now that it's summer, I drink at least 3 liters a day of water. I also drink coffee, juice, and eat fresh fruits and foods containing fluids. In the winter I drink less. I have never drunk a coke in my life. I think they are disgusting. I have forced myself to drink a few orange sodas when I was outside and dehydrated and there wasn't anything else to drink, but I hate them. It has to be a choice of drink the orange soda or end up in the hospital from dehydration before I will drink it. I like water and will pick it over any other drink with the exception of good coffee.

I don't drink as much as I should. This was just a reminder that I drink to much coffee and not enough water. I don't come close to 8 glasses a day. I'll be good if I could do one. Thinks for the reminder to drink more water. Thanks.

I think I consume around 10 glasses of water a day. I am not satisfied drinking a soda alone. Good thing for you should lessen beverage consumption its bad for your health.

Well in her past season, Oprah's doctor OZ suggested that for every glass of soda, you should drink three glasses of water, being that soda gives your body empty calories ( containing no nutritional value), you may want to dillute the drink once you've consumed it. I drink as many as I could remeber, because you also get water from other foods you put in your body,i.e fruits and vegetables. So their is no set number of glasses, just drink when your body feels thirsty.
