No user rating in my discussions or posts

I have been noticing that I no longer has a user rating when I post nor when I start a discussion is anyone else experiencing the same problem.I became aware of it before mylot made the upgrade to its site.No one can rate my discussions nor my posts,I've written to mylot but hasn't got an answer yet.
