I am a bit conscious of my weight since it runs in our family to have a heavy weight. I do my regular jog every after work and a no rice diet policy to be strictly observe. With the bulk of my household tasks, i can't have time for my routine exercise and even have to eat rice to gas up my body to accomplish all of my chores. With this problem i have thought of taking slimming pills. Thinking that it would be the best solution i tried it for two months. I indeed maintained my weight and even loose some pounds. I stopped and decided it to continue my natural diet. I was cheated with the lost pounds because when i stopped it, it doubled the weight gained.

I tried Chinese slimming capsules before, and it did work for me. The effect on me was I felt that my stomach was full, that was why I did not eat a lot. But when I heard and saw on TV about Chinese slimming pills and capsules to be dangerous, I stopped immediately. When I stopped, I gained a lot of weight. Same thing when I stopped aerobics and taeboo.

Most of those pills cause the food to go through your body faster and also reduce the water weight. They are, however, not necessarily healthy, especially if taken over a longer time frame. Some pills swell up in your stomach and cause a feeling of fullness. Consequently, you will eat less. That's why they require you to take them half an hour to an hour before a meal. If you stop taking the pill, you will automatically eat more because your stomach will send hunger signals to the brain until a certain level of fullness is achieved. While taking the pill, you may also not get all the nutrients your body needs. As with any diet, and make no mistake that's what those pills do, you will more than what you lost after you stop the diet regimen, especially if it was shortlived. I would recommend against taking any pills and continue with your natural approach to weight loss. It will take longer and results will not be as noticeable, especially in the short term, but it's the healthier way.

I've done the pill thing, but I was consistent with it so I can't say that it did or didn't work. Probably not. And I know that some actually do work. And I also know that skipping around from different diet solutions can add to your problem. It's best to stick with something for awhile until you decide to change.
