Free site builder + Free site hosting..is it possible?

I am looking for free site builder or(ready made one)and free site hosting.I need to set up a website as I am into online business now.Other than that, yes, give me some ideas on how to draw a traffic to my web site.I hope you will give me your valuable advice.

Very possible. There are a thousand of websites offering such FREE services. All you have to do is to start using your keyboard and use the search engine to look for those sites. Just make sure to check on the features first before starting.

hello
there is one for joomla : freejoomlas.com and fjoomla.com
it's automaticlly install the joomla portal and you have to add the sections..and content ..etc
you can also check http://templates4all.blogspot.com which provide a cms (content management scripts) which are easy to install and use... plus a Templates which you can download also for free , im sure you will find one which suit you and your business or the contant you want to make ;)
