I have tried to apply thrice but to no avail, I have failed thrice in my grammar. And at this point I really lack self esteem, I always stutter whenever the interviewer ask me questions. What must I do to pass? Any pointers you know in being a good Customer Service Representative (CSR)? And what companies do you recommend?
