How to Overcome poverty?

Most of countries have this kind of problem called poverty!..until now government cant not solved of this poverty..how to solved of this?

Most of the country with high level of poverty has also a high rate of corruption especially in the governmental bodies. I think both things are related one another. Greediness is the cause. When people doesn't want to share one another and care to one another, there will be a high rate of poverty among the society.

Just kidding.
In my opinion, in order to minimize poverty, a country should take strict action of punishment to every single act of corruption in government bodies. Once you manage to develop a clean government, next you should increase economics activities by opening job fields as many as you can. By clear regulation and clean government, foreign investors will not be reluctant to invest in your country. While doing that, you should also held a free education for the next leaders.
