I recently answered a discussion that raised issues i had not had for 9 years. it made me face them and face my ignorance. 9 years ago my father died of cancer. tonight i thought about it as i had refused to think of this event in my life. thank you itmefaith for facing up to truth. have you ever had a moment made real to you?

Oh I definitely have xbox on more than one occasion and I have to say that although it can be very difficult and traumatic to face up to these issues it can also lead to more positive frame of mind! I hope that you are doing great now sweetheart! xxx

all the time. since mostly all i do these days is sit and think about my life. sometimes we avoid painful thoughts. not sure if thats good or bad.
