well here is one of my favorite dish here in the philippine.. adobo..heres the recipe...hope you enjoy it Ingridients: 1 1/2kl. chicken 8 gloves of garlic 1/2 cup of vinegar 1/2 cup of soy sauce Procedure: Put all ingridients in a Casserole and let it stay their for about 20-30 mins. after that cook all the ingridients in a medium fire in the stove for about 45 minutes.. and there you have a chicken adobo... how about you share some good tasting recipe
