Isn't coffee like soda?

            People drink coffee in the morning to give themselves a rush. But they say soda is bad for you in the morning. Probably because coffee is better. But there's not that big of a difference.

                    You would think. I've heard so many studies about everything. It seems like every day there's something that's is "good" or "bad" for you. I don't think there is a real difference. It's all caffeine, right? And most people add sugar to their coffee so... I just stick with soda over anything else.

                    There is a HUGE difference. Coffee - other than being cooked - is a pure product. Soda is full of soda, sugar and unnatural ingredients.
