my friend lost his wallet again..!

his memory is so low just in case of keeping the things,he just forgets where he has kept his wallet or may be keys .. he always forgets such things ,even he don't know why as yesterday he lost his wallet in a institute... Well i said him to carry his wallet along with him and i kept my money in his wallet as i was not carrying one.. and he just don't know were he kept.. what to do know should he carry all his money in his pockets..all the time? its fine with me ,but he lost his credit card too..!
