Since more posts means more money, I wonder whether you search the site first before deciding whether to create a new discussion. If you post right away, doesn't that make this site an "information landfill"?

I will try to search first to avoid get deleted from admin and also not to upset anyone who already put the same discussion! I suggest you do the same! But if the discussion is one year old or more I think that should be ok (not sure though.

Yes I do generally search first. But the funny thing is that there have been many times when I HAVE searched and found nothing; then when I publish my post I suddenly see similar ones?? All I can think of is that it all comes down to the tags I have decided to use AFTER posting my topic in comparison to the tags I used when searching in the first place. There will always be posts that are somewhat similar on here and as long as they are not blatantly similar and have different angles to them I see no major issue to be honest.

I try to search the site before deciding a new discussion.I have seen that some topics are similar only the language is different and question posed are also in different manner.I try to post discussions which can be identifiable with everyone though I am yet to get many responses.Whatever interest me really matters.

Hi, i do search for posts before i create a new discussion, but since it depends on the tags people add it doesnt always work properly. I think it is best to search, theres no point in having many discussions about the same thing
