Do u know what are the benefits of the morning walk. A 40 minutes of a brisk morning walk keeps every body fit and stout all the day. We can go for a morning walk to the country side or In some Park. If park is near by u can do your morning walk on road side where is no much traffic in the morning. Where I am residing there is no good park nearby. Earlier I had been going to some big park by my car and take there a brisk walk for at least 40 minutes and do some exercise daily. I also use to have some walk in the evening while returning from office. Though I am diabetic but by taking morning walk and exercise I am feeling easy and fit and my blood glucose is in control and I am feeling well and healthy. Morning walk also gives us fresh oxygen which is vital for healthy life. Please share your experience of morning walk.

Hi sweethomecatring I know morning is good for health. But i stick to meditation more and little yoga. Followed by a series of soft music. I'm otherwise fit and fine. No major health issues are coming up yet. Hope it doesn't. Anyway take care and remain healthy.

Also, the benefits of a morning walk don't end after the walk! And early exercise will jump start your metabolism, making you feel more awake early and burn more calories just going about your normal routine after the walk. Morning exercise is great for those who want to stay healthy!
