i do have an asthma since i was a kid, i always make it a point that i always bring my inhaler with me, as my family and my kids always say that "inhaler is my life". my asthma attacks during there's a change in weather, and whenever im stressed. it's really hard to have this kind of illness so for those who have kids who have an asthma, one of the factors which can induce asthma is the dust, so please keep your environment clean.

I have asthma, and have since I was a kid. It used to be called "exercise induced asthma" but I think it's called something else now. Acute Onset Asthma with an exercise trigger? I dunno, something long and complicated. I have a rescue inhaler to use when I have an attack, but mostly I try to avoid the onset. If I feel like it is getting hard to breathe, I stop and take a breather, or I slow down if I can't stop. Worst case, I pop out the inhaler and puff, and go right on with what I was doing. It seems to get worse when I'm already stopped up with a cold or heavy allergies.

I had asthma but recently I dont have attacks anymore. When I feel like Im going to have an astma attack, I take my medications immediately. When on bed, I usually sleep on a moderate high back rest. I also prevent the things that can trigger an attack.

I've had asthma for about 10 years now. I don't have asthma attacks very often, mostly just after running. I don't take any medications, I just have an inhaler that I only use if I'm having an attack.
